We are pleased to offer free delivery on all orders within the Czech Republic. Whether you're in Prague, Brno, or anywhere else in the country, we'll deliver your Florage candles at no additional cost.

For our valued customers across EU, we also provide shipping to various EU countries. Please note that shipping charges may apply for orders outside of the Czech Republic. The exact shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

We strive to process and ship all orders promptly, ensuring that your candles reach you in a timely manner. Once your order is confirmed, we will provide you with a tracking number so that you can easily monitor the progress of your shipment.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the handmade nature of our candles, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. We take pride in the quality of our products and ensure that they meet the highest standards before shipping. If there are any issues with your order, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your package, and we will gladly assist you. Your satisfaction is our top priority at Florage.
